Womens Circle

A women's circle is a supportive, empowering gathering of women who come together to share, connect, and grow in a safe, nurturing environment. It's a space where members can express themselves authentically, explore their emotions, and heal—whether that’s individually or as a group. Women's circles are grounded in the idea of mutual support, spiritual connection, and collective empowerment.

Community and Connection

A sister circle is all about creating a sense of belonging and fostering deep bonds between women. It's a space where everyone is welcomed and celebrated for who they truly are.

Healing and Support

Sister circles often focus on healing—whether that’s physical, emotional, mental, or spiritual. Women share their experiences, offer wisdom, and support one another through life’s challenges. These circles can be particularly powerful for healing wounds, releasing old patterns, and encouraging self-love.

Empowerment

We encourage women to empower one another. By creating a space for women to step into their full power, tap into their intuition, and share their strength with the group. This empowerment can take many forms: through storytelling, spiritual practices, meditation, or simply being heard.

Spiritual Growth

Vulnerability and Authenticity

Holding Space

While not always religious, many sister circles have a spiritual component. This could involve mindfulness practices, energy healing, meditation, or sharing rituals and ceremonies. It's about connecting with something greater than oneself, whether that's nature, the universe, or a higher power.

A core part of the circle dynamic is fostering an environment where women can be vulnerable and real with each other. This openness helps build trust and allows deeper connections to form. It’s a place to express joy, sorrow, dreams, and challenges without judgment.

In essence, a sister circle is a safe and sacred space where women support each other’s growth, healing, and transformation—just like sisters would in a family, but chosen intentionally to honor the bonds of sisterhood. They can be small or large, and may focus on everything from personal growth, creativity, spiritual awakening, or specific healing work (like trauma recovery or empowerment).

Soul Alignment Reiki

Hi, I'm Ali, the heart behind Soul Alignment Reiki.

As a Reiki Master, Angelic Reiki Practitioner and energy healer, I am passionate about creating nurturing spaces where women can slow down, reconnect with themselves and remember who they truly are.

My intention is to gently support you in releasing what no longer serves you, calming your nervous system, and finding greater clarity, balance and alignment. I believe that when we feel connected to ourselves, we move through life with more ease, confidence and trust.

It is an honour to hold space for women as they return home to themselves.
